Job Description
Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to align expectations and deliverables.
Prepare and maintain project schedules and budgets, identifying and addressing potential risks.
Oversee procurement processes, including securing necessary permits and materials.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations at all project sites.
Lead project meetings, providing updates on progress and addressing any issues that arise.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Document and report on project outcomes to support continuous improvement initiatives.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have :
A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
Strong project management skills with a focus on organization and time management.
Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and deliverables effectively.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
Knowledge of safety regulations and construction industry standards.
