Accountabilities

As a Staff Engineer, you will :

• Develop high-quality, maintainable, and well-tested software across the application stack, with a focus on back-end or front-end specialization as needed.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership in evaluating, adopting, and implementing emerging technologies such as AI / ML, automation tools, and developer productivity platforms.
• Influence long-term engineering strategy to ensure alignment between technology adoption and business objectives.
• Collaborate with Design and Product teams to deliver features efficiently through the development lifecycle.
• Support teammates in a collaborative, respectful, and inclusive work environment.
• Participate in code reviews, pair programming, testing, and process improvements to maintain high engineering standards.
