Position Summary :

To provide excellent customer service to both our internal and external customers by identifying and resolving issues and any customer concern in a timely manner to ensure that Satellite Shelters receives payment for our product and services.

Essential Functions :

• Prepare rental invoices for delivery via US Mail or email according to the account holder's request.
• Complete lien waivers on a requested basis.
• Provide invoicing support for assigned branches.
• Review and post non-recurring & new orders.
• Research customer disputes regarding invoice amounts.
• Enter customer invoices into their web portals.
• Work with branches regarding customer PO's.
• Contact necessary people to have PO's amended.
• Process credit card payments on a recurring and one-time basis as requested by the account holder.
• Investigate payment shortages received.
• Contact past due accounts to find payment resolution.
• Request credits when necessary.
• Request refunds.
• Assist accounting personnel with resolving taxing errors.
• Investigate returned mail to determine the correct address to send invoices.
• Field correspondence from account holders and assist with resolution of concern.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities :

No formal supervisory role.
