Key Responsibilities
Handle high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
Research and resolve questions related to benefits, claims, eligibility, and services
Document interactions in company systems and support Utilization Management tasks
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED is required
1+ year of experience in customer service, healthcare, claims, call center, or a medical office setting is required
Experience with office and CRM systems is required
Bilingual (Spanish / English) is preferred
Knowledge of medical terminology or claims coding is preferred
