Senior Implementation Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Implementation Manager to support the onboarding of new strategic customers onto their software platform.

Key Responsibilities :

Handle park setup, rule creation, account builds, and onboarding for assigned parks

Conduct pre-live training sessions and complete financial mapping for assigned parks

Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic onboarding customers and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Qualifications :

Experience as a Campspot Implementation Manager

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Rocketlane, and Hubspot for onboarding and project management

Proven track record of handling high revenue and multi-park group onboarding

Ability to manage multiple priorities and a higher number of complex parks

Flexibility to work some weekday evening hours based on customer timezones
