Administrative Coordinator 4
The mission of the Louisiana Department of Health is to protect and promote health and to ensure access to medical, preventive, and rehabilitative services for all residents of the State of Louisiana. The Administrative Coordinator 4 plays a vital role in keeping regional operations running smoothly by providing high-level administrative and technical support to program, area, and regional managers. This position serves as the central hub for communication and coordination among field staff, state offices, and external partners. From managing confidential information and ensuring compliance with state policies to overseeing payroll, purchasing, and property control, this role requires strong organization, sound judgment, and initiative. Three years of experience in administrative services. EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION : Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as six months of experience.
