We are looking for a hunter—a strategic and hands-onsalesleader—who can open new doors, drive new client acquisition, and build strong relationships in theUSregion. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a proven track record in IT servicessalesand the ability to work closely with India-based technical and leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities :
Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in the US IT services market (mid-to large enterprises)Generate leads through outbound efforts, networking, referrals, and participation in industry conferences / events.Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and client meetings across the US.Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure monthly / quarterly sales targets are met.Understand client needs and collaborate with India-based solution and delivery teams to develop tailored proposals.Lead the end-to-end sales cycle including proposal creation, contract negotiation, and deal closure.Maintain CRM systems and provide accurate sales forecasts and activity reporting.Required Qualifications :
15+ years of experience in IT services sales with at least 4+ years focused on the US market.Demonstrated success in new client acquisition and meeting / exceeding sales quotas.Strong understanding of IT services delivery models, including offshore / onsite collaboration.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Willingness to travel across the US for client meetings and events.Ability to work independently while closely coordinating with offshore teams in IndiaPreferred :
Existing network of CXO-level contacts in mid-to large enterprises.Experience in selling services in one or more of the following areas : Custom Product Development, AI / ML, Data Engineering Services or Cloud Services.Experience in selling IT services to one or more of the following industry verticals Healthcare, BFSI, Retail / CPG and Independent Software Vendors (ISV).#J-18808-Ljbffr
