Job Description

Are you a Sea Freight Coordinator detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about international trade and logistics?

Join our fast-growing freight forwarding team and help connect businesses to the world!

Sea Freight Coordinator Key Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate international and domestic shipments (Sea Freight, Export)
  • Prepare and manage shipping documentation including B / Ls, invoices, and customs paperwork
  • Communicate with carriers, customs brokers, and clients to ensure timely deliveries
  • Monitor and track shipments, providing updates to clients and resolving any issues
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. and international Export regulations

Sea Freight Coordinator Requirements :

  • 2+ years of experience in Sea freight forwarding or logistics
  • Knowledge of international shipping procedures, Incoterms, and customs regulations
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency with freight forwarding software
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
