Homecare Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Home Health Care Manager to oversee the daily operations of our home care office located in Sarasota, FL. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various healthcare settings, namely home care or home health. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, a passion for patient care, and the ability to manage a diverse team while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

Manage and supervise daily operations of the home care facility, ensuring high-quality patient care is delivered.

Oversee staff management, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.

Handle sales and intake calls and schedule admissions / assessments.

Visit prospective client homes for admissions / assessments.

Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual patient needs..

Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations.

Maintain accurate medical documentation using EMR / EHR systems.

Facilitate communication between patients and families.

Conduct regular training sessions for staff on best practices.

Monitors cases to ensure proper level of care

Oversee all daily operations of office location

Job Requirements

Minimum one year healthcare management / supervisory experience

Ability to pass a level 2 background

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) welcomed
