We are looking for a dedicated Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This hybrid role in Minneapolis, Minnesota, offers the opportunity to create and manage impactful marketing automation campaigns using HubSpot. The ideal candidate will combine technical proficiency with creative problem-solving to drive lead engagement and business growth.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and optimize HubSpot workflows, including lead scoring, segmentation, and automated campaigns.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that support lead generation and pipeline goals.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor campaign effectiveness and key performance metrics.
- Conduct A / B testing to improve engagement rates and conversion outcomes.
- Ensure seamless integration between HubSpot and other systems, such as Salesforce, to enhance data accuracy and efficiency.
- Develop compelling email marketing campaigns, including copywriting and audience targeting.
- Leverage tools like Google Ads and Google Analytics to bolster digital marketing efforts.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to refine marketing automation strategies.
- Provide training and support to team members on HubSpot functionalities and best practices.
- At least 3 years of experience managing marketing automation platforms, particularly HubSpot.
- Proven ability to execute email marketing campaigns and create engaging content.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google AdWords.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
- Experience with CRM integrations, especially Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
- HubSpot certifications in Inbound Marketing or Marketing Software are a plus.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and techniques, including SEO and PPC campaigns.
