What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :

  • Provide technical assistance related to Yardi property management software and property operations through the helpdesk
  • Support new Yardi software version releases and assist with system testing and user transition
  • Deliver one-on-one training via phone or web meeting to enhance user knowledge of the software
  • Set up new user profiles, passwords, and assist with onboarding processes
  • Install and support check scanners for properties and assist with software conversions

    • What is Required (Qualifications) :

  • High School diploma or GED required
  • On-site experience with general knowledge of Yardi software
  • Minimum of two years of related business experience or two years of college
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a solid foundation in computer knowledge
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

    • How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :

  • Proficient in Yardi with a strong understanding of its functionalities
  • Familiarity with Rent Café property settings to optimize user experience
  • Experience with Knock CRM system
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and ability to thrive under pressure
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
