We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead our Banquets and Catering operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery for events of all sizes. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with a passion for event execution, team leadership, and guest satisfaction. During slower event periods, the F&B Manager will also support Outlet Operations, maintaining consistency and excellence across all food and beverage areas.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 2 years banquet management experience preferred; fine dining experience is a plus.
• Previous supervisory or management experience with strong leadership and team development skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (read, write, and speak fluently).
• Proficient in basic computer applications and systems used in hospitality operations.
• Marriott experience preferred.
