About the Role
We're seeking a driven, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our CEO and leadership team. This is not a traditional admin role. You'll be a trusted partner, enabling the CEO to operate at maximum velocity. Expect high exposure, fast-paced work, and ownership from day one.
What You'll Do :
Act as a strategic gatekeeper for the CEO, managing communications and prioritiesManage complex calendar scheduling, travel, and logistics for the leadership teamPrepare for meetings : draft agendas, take notes, and ensure nothing slips through the cracksAssist with internal and external communications, including external partner outreachCoordinate special projects, office planning, events, and confidential initiativesIdentify and close operational gaps so the CEO and team can focus on what matters mostProactively spot problems before they arise and create solutionsWho You Are / Must-Haves :
13 years of experience in executive support, operations, or a related fieldHighly organized with outstanding attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDiscretion and maturity handling sensitive informationEnergized by challenges and a fast-paced environmentSolutions-first, proactive, and always learningPrior Executive Assistant / Operations experience, preferably to another CEOPerks & Benefits
