SCM is a Skip Tracing, Forwarding, Data Skip and Impound division of Motorola Solutions. We are a full-service recovery operation, connecting lenders and repossession agents to facilitate quicker and more compliant recoveries. Our technology is nothing without the people behind it. Job Description

The Skip Assign / Flip Administrator will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient distribution and management of accounts within the Skip Floor department. This position requires a high degree of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assign new accounts to Skip Tracers in a timely and accurate manner.
• Reallocate ("flip") accounts among the Skip Floor team as needed to optimize productivity.
• Monitor past-due comments within Skip Queues and escalate issues when necessary.
• Forward information from clients regarding updates and other relevant details provided.

Target Base Salary Range : $45,760 - $47,840 USD

Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
