Key Responsibilities
Facilitate onboarding processes and orientation sessions for new learners
Provide ongoing support and guidance to learners, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues
Monitor learner progress, collect feedback, and analyze performance data to enhance success strategies
Required Qualifications
0.6-1 year of experience in a customer-facing role
Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, and Google Sheets
Prior experience in the e-learning industry is preferred
Willingness to work Saturday mornings and some weekday evening shifts
Knowledge in technologies like Cybersecurity and Artificial Intelligence is an advantage
