ABOUT THE JOB :

We're looking for an experienced and effective Talent Acquisition Partner to help us build exceptional teams and drive our hiring success. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR leaders, and cross-functional teams to identify top talent, create engaging candidate experiences, and support workforce planning initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE :

Targeted Talent Acquisition

• Support and Lead end-to-end recruitment for professional roles across construction disciplines (e.g., project management, field operations, estimating, engineering).
• Partner with business leaders to understand workforce plans, project timelines, and evolving talent needs.
• Act as subject matter expert (SME) by supporting the team, sharing insights on best recruiting practices, and industry specific practices.
• Understanding of manpower planning.

Sourcing & Candidate Engagement

Collaboration & Leadership

Process Optimization & Reporting
