Bring in new business through outreach, networking, and referrals, then onboard and convert those relationships into long-term success stories.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to move loans efficiently from submission to closing.

A track record of building strong broker relationships and consistently exceeding production targets.
Deep knowledge of mortgage lending guidelines, compliance, and market dynamics.
Confidence navigating tools like Salesforce, Encompass, and Microsoft Office.
