Territory : Remote / traveling role covering Eastern Canada from Saskatchewan to New Brunswick.
What your days look like
You start your morning reviewing your route and priorities, then head to customer sites where beverage carton lines are running at full speed. You’ll examine both cartons and machinery on the floor, diagnose issues, and fine‑tune performance. Between visits, you advise customers on best practices, document findings, and schedule follow‑ups to keep productivity high and downtime low.
Your impact
- Deliver onsite technical service and support to beverage carton customers, including routine customer visits across the territory.
- Inspect cartons and packaging machines, identify root causes, make adjustments, and confirm performance.
- Train operators and supervisors on both carton use and machine operation to elevate line capability.
- Provide general guidance and assistance on all company offerings to help customers choose the right solutions.
- Plan and control assigned service activities to ensure timely support while meeting productivity and utilization targets.
