Overall responsibilities :
We offer an opportunity to join our Detroit team as an HR / Recruitment Marketing Coordinator - an entry-level position at the intersection of marketing and talent acquisition. You'll support employer branding initiatives, manage marketing on hiring platforms, coordinate campus events, and help build our presence in the local talent market.
Keyresponsibilities :
Career Fairs & Campus Recruiting :
Plan and execute participation in career fairs, info sessions, and on-campus events (booth setup, materials, swag, sign-ups, lead capture).
Coordinate with university career centers and platforms (e.g., Handshake) for event postings, scheduling, and follow-ups.
Prepare event scripts and talking points, brief internal ambassadors, and collect feedback for post-event reports.
Track outcomes from each event (leads, applicants, interviews, hires).
Hiring Platforms & Recruitment Operations :
Manage job postings and employer brand pages across platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and Handshake.
Ensure consistent employer branding and messaging across all channels.
Collaborate with the HR team to manage requisition links, tagging, and status updates.
Support procurement and vendor communication for recruitment-related services.
Paid Hiring Campaigns :
Set up and optimize paid job ads and social campaigns for priority roles.
Monitor key performance indicators (CPA, CPQA, application-to-interview rate, source-of-hire) and optimize campaigns accordingly.
Coordinate with the design team to develop creative assets for recruitment ads and landing pages.
Employer Branding & Content Support :
Create content for hiring initiatives : job snippets, social media posts, event recaps, and "day-in-the-life" stories.
Coordinate printed materials, banners, and branded items with local vendors.
Maintain a content calendar for recruitment-related campaigns and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
Reporting & Analytics :
Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, platform ROI, and recruitment funnel metrics.
Maintain event and campaign checklists, budgets, and timelines.
Ensure compliance with legal and company guidelines in all recruitment materials.
Additional Marketing Support :
Beyond recruitment-specific tasks, the role includes a variety of broader marketing and office support responsibilities, such as :
Coordinating the printing and distribution of local marketing materials and promotional items.
Organizing and maintaining marketing storage spaces and inventory.
Supporting the execution of local marketing activations and community events.
Assisting with ad-hoc marketing projects and day-to-day requests from cross-functional teams.
