Customer Service Specialist

Responsibilities :

• Entry and processing of customer and sample orders accurately and efficiently.
• Interface with all Capol departments and / or outside warehouse partners that support the COFP.
• Create new and maintain existing customer accounts in the ERP system.
• Liaison between customers and Capol internal departments for the purpose of order fulfillment, shipping requirements, customer service and technical support.
• Relay information to sales representatives / managers, as well as customers via e-mail and phone calls.
• Communicate clearly and concisely with internal and external customers at all levels of the organization, using verbal and written distribution channels.
• Adjusts promptly and calmly to change, works well as part of a team, and remains calm under pressure. Able to operate independently, with minimal supervision.
