Key Responsibilities
Manage Market Intelligence revenue targets, forecasting, and pipeline performance
Serve as a GovCon BD expert, advising on procurement trends and supporting sales conversations
Develop and implement strategic go-to-market plans and sales enablement tools
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in B2B or B2G sales with a focus on complex solutions
4+ years of experience in people management, leading high-performing sales teams
Strong understanding of federal procurement and GovCon sales cycles
Proven track record in managing revenue targets and supporting enterprise sales
Experience presenting to executive audiences and at industry events
