JOB TITLE : Branch Office Administrator DEPARTMENT : Administrative
JOB SUMMARY : The Branch Office Administrator position is responsible for supporting and assisting with multiple warehouse activities, day-to-day operations of the branch office, and professionalism in all client and administrative interactions.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBLITIES :
ACCOUNTABILITY : This position reports directly to the Branch Manager
DESIRABLE TRAITS : Strong organizational skills; Ability to multitask and manage daily tasks in timely fashion; strong Microsoft Office software skills; ability to communicate with co-workers, supervisors, managers, and outside customers
EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRIMENTS :
WORK ENVIRONMENT / PHYSICAL DEMANDS : This position operates in an office environment with standard office equipment and frequently walks the industrial plant floor. Manufacturing operations may require the use of safety equipment to include but not limited too : eye safety glasses and any other PPE. The physical demands of this position are representative of those that must be met by any employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
