Overview :

We are seeking an enthusiastic IT Support Technician with MSP experience to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who has already built a strong technical foundation and is ready to expand their skills in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. You'll be on the front lines resolving tickets, assisting with escalations, and supporting a wide range of technologies for multiple client environments.

What You'll Do :

• Serve as the first point of contact for client support requests across phone, chat, and email
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and common application issues
• Provide hands-on support for Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and other cloud-based tools
• Work with RMM and PSA platforms to manage tickets and track progress
• Escalate complex issues to senior engineers while maintaining client satisfaction
• Assist with deployments, migrations, and documentation of client systems
• Grow your technical skills by shadowing senior engineers and working on diverse environments
