Summary of Position

The IT Support Analyst possesses knowledge, specialized skills to implement technical solutions, and provide high-quality support for computer hardware, operating systems, or enterprise application software.

We are currently working in the office 2-3x a week in a hybrid work model.

Job Responsibilities

• Serve as support for all IT requests. Respond to break / fix requests and demonstrate ownership of the problem until resolved
• Install and Configure both OS X and Windows systems
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and correct issues with operating systems, network connectivity both wired and wireless, mobile devices, printers, VOIP devices, and video conferencing equipment
• Provide daily support for projects and other IT initiatives as required by Lead / Sr. Support Engineer to ensure service delivery
• Manage hardware inventory, which includes organization and tracking of all IT items such as computers, TVs, cameras, cables, peripherals, etc.
• Create, maintain, and distribute IT documentation and procedural manuals
• Provide support with IT purchasing, IT contracts, and IT invoicing processes
• Other tasks as needed

Compensation Description for Pay Transparency (hourly)

The base salary range for this position in El Segundo, CA is $26.00 - $29.00 hourly.

Our salary ranges are determined by market data based on position and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salaries for that position. An individual's pay is determined by factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, experiences, relevant education or training, and location.

Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work. This role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses / incentives, however the salary range listed in this job posting reflects the base salary only.
