A company is looking for an Account Manager who focuses on long-term relationships with customers while providing innovative event solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Negotiate and convert renewals and upsell deals within the existing client portfolio
Ensure excellent product knowledge and deliver exceptional customer service to address client needs
Work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth client journey and manage pipelines in CRM systems
Required Qualifications
Advanced English proficiency
Solid experience in a B2B sales / account management role with a focus on renewals and upselling
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot or Pipedrive
Experience in the Events Industry is a plus
