Oracle Fusion Analyst – EPM

CSI Companies is hiring an Oracle Fusion EPM Analyst for a top-tier client undergoing a long-term enterprise transformation.

Hours : Full-time, Monday–Friday, standard business hours

Location : Remote (must be willing to travel up to 20% during implementation; ~5% post go-live)

Pay : $110,000 – $120,000 / year, based on experience

Position Type : Direct Hire

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion EPM Analyst to join a large-scale, multi-year implementation initiative. This is a key role on a highly visible team that will work across functional areas to support the configuration, deployment, and ongoing optimization of Oracle Fusion EPM applications.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in Oracle EPM Cloud modules such as Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, and / or Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS). This is a remote role, but travel is required during critical implementation phases.

Job Responsibilities :

Act as subject matter expert (SME) in Oracle Fusion EPM solutions

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into system configurations

Lead or support implementation tasks including planning, testing, training, and go-live activities

Assist with data integrations, reporting, user roles, and security setup

Provide post-go-live support and system optimization

Ensure solutions align with business goals and Oracle EPM best practices

Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and performance tuning

Qualifications :

Proven experience with Oracle Fusion EPM applications and full lifecycle implementations

Expertise in modules such as Planning, Forecasting, Budgeting, and FCCS

Strong understanding of financial processes and EPM architecture

Excellent collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills

Comfortable working remotely and traveling up to 20% through April 2026 (approximately 5% after go-live)

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field preferred
