Overview

Lead and scale professional and international sales efforts with precision, charisma, and follow-through. This role isn’t just about holding relationships—it’s about driving them forward. You’ll own both revenue and the rigor behind it, bringing structure, proactivity, and polish to every stage of the sales process.

What You’ll Own

• Lead expansion across the Pro and International channels, with a focus on revenue, reach, and retention
• Build and convert a high-quality pipeline through warm leads, cold outreach, and channel partnerships
• Design and implement 90-day and quarterly playbooks that drive sell-through—not just sell-in
• Maintain a clean, accountable sales funnel with consistent activity tracking, conversion metrics, and reporting
• Own key customer relationships post-sell-in, ensuring long-term value and satisfaction
• Collaborate with marketing to craft compelling decks, sampling programs, and channel-specific sales assets
• Work closely with operations, education, and marketing to ensure handoffs are seamless and strategic
• Deliver weekly KPI updates (conversion, revenue pacing, pipeline value, customer status) directly to the President
• Build and manage a lean team of account managers or reps as needed to support growth
