Our client, a growing construction company, is seeking a Project Accountant to join their team!

Responsibilities :

• Support job setup : verify contracts, budgets, and contact details
• Track and analyze job costs vs. budget; report on profitability
• Assist with billing, lien waivers, and supporting documentation
• Review subcontractor payment draws; manage lien releases and compliance
• Process and code invoices, pay applications, and POs per contract terms
• Maintain and reconcile project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports
• Coordinate with title companies and subs on waivers and documentation
• Ensure accuracy in accounting systems and support project closeout
• Communicate with vendors / subs to resolve billing issues
• Assist department heads with ad hoc projects and database updates
