Job Summary
As a Compensation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our Human Resources team, responsible for administering and maintaining our employee compensation programs. You will work closely with various departments to ensure fair and competitive pay practices, while also supporting the implementation of new compensation initiatives.

Required : - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field- 2-3 years of experience in a compensation or HR generalist role- Proficiency in data analysis and the use of HR information systems- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Working Conditions
This is a contract position based in our office in White Plains, NY. The work environment is a standard office setting, with occasional travel to other company locations. Regular business hours are Monday through Friday, 9 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM, with some flexibility as needed.
