Job Summary

As a Compensation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our Human Resources team, responsible for administering and maintaining our employee compensation programs. You will work closely with various departments to ensure fair and competitive pay practices, while also supporting the implementation of new compensation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and salary surveys to benchmark compensation levels for different roles and job functions- Assist in the development and implementation of compensation policies and procedures- Analyze employee compensation data and prepare reports to support decision-making- Participate in the annual performance review and merit increase process- Provide guidance and support to managers on compensation-related matters- Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee paychecks- Stay up-to-date with changes in compensation regulations and best practices

Qualifications

Required : - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field- 2-3 years of experience in a compensation or HR generalist role- Proficiency in data analysis and the use of HR information systems- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Working Conditions

This is a contract position based in our office in White Plains, NY. The work environment is a standard office setting, with occasional travel to other company locations. Regular business hours are Monday through Friday, 9 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM, with some flexibility as needed.
