Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with company goals and targets key market segments for all business services with specific focus on home to school transportation.
• Drive lead generation and work with the sales team to ensure quality pipeline development.
• Lead the creation and execution of demand generation campaigns, content strategy, digital marketing, and brand awareness.
• Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources efficiently to maximize ROI.
• Enhance the company’s online presence through SEO, paid advertising, social media, and web optimization.
• Monitor and report on performance metrics and analytics, using data-driven decisions to improve marketing effectiveness.
• Manage external agencies and vendors to support marketing initiatives.
• Represent the brand at industry events, conferences, and through thought leadership content.
• Ensure compliance with corporate brand requirements and communicate requirements across the organization.
• Support writing and editing of proposals to support new business and retention efforts.
• Develop current collateral materials describing the advantages of each product line.
• Collaborate on the company’s tradeshow effort, including identifying shows to attend, sponsorships, and prospective customer events.
