We are seeking an experienced Machine Repair Technician II to join our dynamic maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving more complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues on a diverse range of heavy industrial machinery. Your expertise will be crucial in minimizing downtime and ensuring our production lines operate smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities :

• Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair of complex industrial machinery, including CNC equipment, grinders, lathes, and milling machines.
• Conduct preventative maintenance (PM) according to established schedules and procedures.
• Independently rebuild hydraulic pumps, cylinders, valves, and pneumatic / electric components.
• Maintain and troubleshoot specialized equipment such as ACS units and robots / gas systems in flame hardening departments.
• Execute pipefitting tasks as needed and manage oxygen, propane, and natural gas change-outs safely.
• Ensure rigorous adherence to all safety procedures and guidelines, including Lockout / Tagout.
• Accurately document all maintenance activities, including work order entry and completion, in a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Be prepared to obtain forklift and / or man-lift licenses from the safety department.
• Safely complete rigging tasks.
• Perform spill containment duties when necessary.
