As Regional Sales Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of your region. You’ll work side-by-side with our Sales Representatives to deliver an unmatched customer experience, grow market share, and shape the future of our business. This position will cover territories in MN / MO / Dakotas.

3+ years Sales Management experience or 5 years Industry-related experience2-year degree in related fieldProven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of services and products.Knowledge of how to develop client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions.Understanding of how to position products against competitors.Excellent skills in communication, interpersonal, organizational and attention to detailProficient usage of MS Office Suite and the ability to learn modern technologies quickly.Working knowledge of CRM & CDKDesired Qualifications : Fire industry experience
Compensation : $100k base + incentive for a total opportunity of $150-175k
