Progressive Mechanical Services, a family-owned HVAC / R company established in 2017, is looking for a dependable Commercial HVAC Service Manager to join our team.
In this key leadership role, you'll oversee our service department operations, mentor a talented team of technicians, manage customer relationships, and ensure every job meets our high standards for safety, efficiency, and quality.
Pay Range : $85,000-95,000 annually + bonus opportunities
Schedule : Monday-Friday, 7 : 00am - 5 : 00pm with occasional weekend hours initially to work side-by-side with leadership at the start of employment Comprehensive Benefits :
