Job Description

Working on site every day for each project. All projects will be local to St. Louis. Taking project from start to finish. Ability to lead projects from $10M - $30M.

Supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans and safety regulations.

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain project timelines and budgets.

Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues or delays promptly.

Ensure all work meets the required quality standards and specifications.

Maintain effective communication with project managers, architects, and engineers.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety and compliance standards are met.

Provide leadership and direction to on-site teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation and reports.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have :

• 5+ years of experience as a Lead Superintendent or Foreman in commercial construction.
• Previous experience with $5M - $50M projects.
• Basic computer experience required.
• Proven experience in managing construction projects in the property industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership and team coordination skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
