Proven experience managing ground-up wood-frame construction projects (required).

\n

Successfully led commercial construction projects valued over $20 million, delivering on time and within budget.

\n

Skilled in creating and maintaining master schedules, aligning timelines with project milestones and stakeholder expectations.

\n

Demonstrated ability to manage projects through all phases, from preconstruction planning through final completion and closeout.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Engineer or 5 years of experience as Project Manager.
