A K-12 school in Medina, OH, is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to join their team for the uping school year on a contract basis. This role involves providing tailored instructional support to students with diverse learning needs, promoting an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.

Responsibilities include :

• Developing and implementing individualized education programs (IEPs) aligned with state and federal guidelines.
• Adapting curriculum and instructional strategies to meet the unique needs of students with disabilities.
• Collaborating with general education teachers, specialists, and families to support student success.
• Monitoring and assessing student progress, maintaining accurate records, and providing timely reports.
• Participating in team meetings, professional development, and contributing to a positive school culture.

Desired qualifications and experience :

Valid teaching certification in Special Education for grades K-12.
