Job Summary

AERO Logistics LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Associate to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for accurately collecting, entering, and maintaining data across our systems. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and committed to ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter, maintain, and update data in company databases and systems.
• Prepare, sort, and transfer data from hard copies into digital records.
• Review data for accuracy and completeness, resolving errors or discrepancies.
• Maintain logs and spreadsheets for tracking purposes.
• Operate standard office equipment (scanner, printer, copier).
• Follow company policies on data security and confidentiality.
• Communicate issues or irregularities to supervisors promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Support team efforts and perform other duties as assigned.
• Flexibility with scheduled start and end times based on business needs.
• Other Duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in data entry or a related field.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office proficiency.
• Typing speed of 50+ WPM with high accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Safety-conscious and reliable with a strong work ethic.
