As we continue to grow, we are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Associate to support our administrative operations.
Position Summary
The Data Entry Associate is responsible for accurately entering and maintaining client information, appointment data, and other administrative records in our digital systems. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the clinic’s records, supporting day-to-day operations and client care.
Key Responsibilities
Enter, update, and maintain client records in electronic medical records (EMR) and scheduling systems
Input data related to appointments, billing, and treatment sessions
Review data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with clinic standards
Maintain confidentiality in handling client and clinic information in accordance with HIPAA regulations
Assist with organizing digital and paper files
Generate reports or summaries as needed for clinical or administrative staff
Support front office tasks such as filing, scanning, and responding to data-related inquiries
Collaborate with team members to improve workflow and data accuracy
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Experience in data entry, office administration, or a healthcare setting preferred
Proficiency with computers, data entry software, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with EMR systems and medical terminology is a plus
Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and data security
