You will be the Facilities and Construction Manager for the Facilities Engineering team. Our team is responsible for leading design and construction projects to meet quality, timeliness, and financial metrics.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Facilities and Construction Manager, you will be responsible for providing strategy for implementation of complex projects, staffing assignments, setting expectations, and driving execution. You will lead a team of Facilities Engineering and Construction Engineering staff to prioritize, plan, and manage design and construction projects.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :

• Providing technical solutions and addressing issues related to architectural / engineering and general contractor providers
• Planning and managing resources for design and construction projects
• Ensuring all work meets or exceeds building codes and regulations
• Directing and managing all phases of equipment and machinery maintenance, facilities modification, and building projects
• Managing design and construction projects ranging from small task orders to over $50M

This position is in Grand Prairie.
