Job Title : Accounting Associate

Location : Minnetonka, MN (Fully Onsite) – this role requires daily onsite presence in Minnetonka, MN. Only local applicants in Minnesota will be eligible for consideration.

Pay Rate : $27.50–$33 / Hr dependent on applicable experience

Benefits : This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Addison Group is supporting a client in the real estate industry that is seeking an Accounting Associate to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis. This is a fully onsite role based in Minnetonka, MN.

We are looking for an accounting professional who brings hands-on AP / AR experience and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will have exposure to Yardi, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting both accounts payable and receivable functions.

Responsibilities :

• Process full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with accuracy and timeliness
• Code and enter invoices, manage vendor communications, and prepare payment runs
• Assist with billing, collections, and cash application to ensure timely receivables
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a proactive manner
• Support the accounting team with month-end close tasks and reporting as needed
• Maintain vendor and customer records in Yardi and ensure compliance with company standards
