Responsibilities

• Plan and run effective practices and game strategies for varsity boys soccer.
• Develop and train student-athletes, with emphasis on sportsmanship and teamwork.
• Coordinate with the athletic department staff and manage assistant coaches.
• Ensure compliance with school district, state, and VHSL rules and regulations.
• Maintain clear communication with student-athletes, parents, and the community.
• Be available for practices, games, and off-season conditioning.

Qualifications

Physical Conditions and Work Contacts

Duties are typically performed in school settings including gym and recreational areas. Frequent walking, standing, light lifting, and other physical activities are required. Daily contact with student-athletes to provide instruction. Regular travel with student-athletes to and from matches. Regular contact with other coaches, administrators, parents, and the media.

NOTE : All positions are part-time, temporary positions.
