A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Analyst to manage customer collections and reconcile disputes.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze information and communicate with supervisors to determine next steps
Own customer collections accounts and create streamlined processes through automation
Provide timely resolution of past due and disputed items while maintaining customer relationships
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of collection experience
Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems
Knowledge of MS Office Suite, including Excel, Access, Oracle, Essbase, SQL, and VBA
Experience working in a public company
Knowledge of collection principles and ability to reconcile credits and debits
