Position Overview : We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage all aspects of on-site construction activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a keen attention to detail. The Construction Superintendent will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful and timely completion of construction projects while adhering to safety protocols and maintaining the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities :

Site Representative :

• Open and close the construction site daily.
• Maintain a continuous on-site presence while trades are working.
• Regularly check in with trade foremen to monitor progress and address any concerns.
• Communicate effectively with Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) for required inspections.
• Provide progress status reports to the owner as required.

Environmental / Position of Role :

This position requires regular physical activity and the ability to navigate dynamic construction site environments. Responsibilities include extensive walking across varied terrains, climbing ladders, and working at heights. Frequent bending, lifting, and carrying of items over 10 pounds are integral to the role. Candidates must be comfortable managing the physical demands typical of an active construction site, ensuring safety and productivity while maintaining oversight of daily operations.
