The VP of Marketing is responsible for the full scope of the company's marketing activities, including developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. You will manage the marketing budget, oversee all creative and content development, and lead cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all our channels. What You'll Do

• Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging and achieving key performance indicators.
• Coordinate cross-channel initiatives ensuring alignment and synergy between various marketing efforts, leveraging each channel's strengths to create a unified and compelling brand narrative.
• Work with management to create the marketing budget. Own, allocate and track the marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximizing ROI on marketing investments.
• Manage brand marketing calendar, utilizing public relations, social content and brand awareness campaigns and partnerships for full funnel execution.
• Work with external performance marketing teams to monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize direct response marketing initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee the creative and design staff (internal & external) and lead the development of creative assets and content, including copy, visuals, and multimedia content, that effectively communicate the brand story.
• Hire and manage marketing and customer experience staff and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including internal and external vendors and partners, to support brand initiatives and ensure alignment of brand marketing goals.
• Conduct market research and consumer analysis to identify opportunities for brand growth and differentiation.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in brand marketing to maintain a competitive edge with shifting and emerging trends.
