The targeted hiring range for this full-time position is $73,600 - $99,400 depending on qualifications; however, the expanded salary range provides opportunities for advancement. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and job location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, competencies, experience, and relevant education, training or a combination of these things and market demand. Red Wing Shoe Company is seeking a Mobile Unit Sales Manager to join our Direct-to-Consumer (Retail) team. This role will report to our Managing Director, DTC, with a dotted line to our Central, Region DTC Director. This role is responsible for maximizing the effectiveness of our mobile sales operations while helping define growth strategies. This individual will serve as a key bridge to the Direct-to-Consumer retail channel and Industrial Sales teams. This role works closely with both outside and inside sales teams to identify customer opportunities, schedule truck visits, and ensure efficient route planning across territories. The Mobile Sales Manager ensures that our mobile sales operations are aligned with strategic sales goals, delivering value directly to customer sites and enhancing contract performance.
