We're Hiring : B2B Sales Developer – United States (Remote + Travel)
We are seeking a results-driven B2B Sales Developer with experience in markets such as glassware, ceramics, packaging, or promotional products. This role is focused on generating new business, expanding our presence across the U.S., and building long-term client relationships.
Location :
Remote – Must reside in the United States
Must be available for frequent travel nationwide, especially during the initial market development phase
U.S. citizenship and native-level English are mandatory
What We’re Looking For :
At least 3 years of B2B sales experience in relevant industries
Strong track record in business development and account growth
Experience working with mid-sized and large brands, private label buyers, and promotional companies
Familiarity with sectors such as candles, home décor, food and beverage, or branded merchandise
Strategic thinking with the ability to identify high-potential opportunities and manage the full sales cycle
Key Responsibilities :
Identify and close new business opportunities
Manage relationships with new and existing clients
Lead the full sales process, from prospecting to negotiation and closing
Work closely with internal teams to develop customized proposals and value-based solutions
Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Represent the company at industry trade shows and events
Support the development and execution of a scalable go-to-market strategy
Ideal Candidate Profile :
Currently in a role such as Sales Developer, Key Account Manager, or B2B Sales Executive
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team
Willing and able to travel frequently across the United States
