Patient Account Representative

A company is looking for a Patient Account Representative - Virtual.

Key Responsibilities

Follow up with payers to ensure timely resolution of outstanding claims

Review and update patient and financial information for accuracy

Monitor billings for accuracy and follow up on assigned accounts

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Experience in Hospital / Facility billing required

2-3 years' experience in insurance collections

Basic knowledge of healthcare claims processing, including ICD-9 / 10, CPT, and HCPC codes

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
