Job Description

As a Security Officer - Mall Security Patrol Unarmed in New York, NY , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail / Malls, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol retail and mall areas, helping to create a secure environment for visitors and staff. Your presence on routine patrols and at key locations will help to deter security-related incidents while providing exceptional customer service. You will interact with the public, respond to situations as needed, and support a welcoming atmosphere. What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
