As a Security Officer - Unarmed Retail Patrols in Paramus, NJ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail / Malls, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a bustling retail or mall location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct regular patrols, and help to deter security-related incidents through your visible presence. You will interact with visitors and staff, providing exceptional customer service while maintaining a welcoming environment. Your role involves observing and reporting any unusual activity, responding professionally to incidents, and upholding Allied Universal's values of teamwork, integrity, and putting people first. Job Schedule : DayTime

What You'll Do :

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
