Options for PPO or High Deductible for health coverage. High-deductible plan enrollees receive an annual company contribution towards your HAS. Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Manager, New Products to drive innovation and growth by launching new, custom printed products and related services. You'll own the full product lifecycle—from discovery to launch—turning market opportunities into measurable business results. You'll be accountable for market research, product strategy, business cases, and cross-functional execution, ensuring every initiative ties to clear impact on revenue, costs, and the customer experience. You'll lead with an agile, test-and-learn mindset, using data and rapid experimentation to validate assumptions and de-risk decisions. As the owner of new product initiatives, you'll operate with end-to-end accountability—setting goals, defining success metrics, and ensuring disciplined execution against timelines and budgets. This is a high-visibility role where you'll collaborate closely with the CEO and senior leadership, influencing company strategy while delivering results that expand our product portfolio and strengthen market leadership.
